If you have problems logging in or you login but rceive a session timeout error, you may not have cookie handeling enabled on your browser. As part of a security feature in our site, users must have their “cookie handling” enabled. Below I'll explain how to enable “cookie handling.” If the following doesn't solve your problem we have seen some security software that blocks session cookies. If that is your case, you will need to turn off your security software or add our site to your approved list.
Microsoft Internet Explorer:
1) From the Menu on your browser… select “Tools”
2) Then select “Internet Options…”
3) The Internet Options dialog box will appear. You should see many tabs a the top of the dialog box. Select the “Privacy” tab.
4) Select the “Advanced…” button
5) You should see a check box titled “Override automatic cookie handling”. Make sure this box is CHECKED. Then press “OK”
6) Also, the check box titled "Always allow session cookies" should be CHECKED
7) Select “OK”
8) Select “OK” to close the dialog box
9) Try to login again.
Netscape (this may vary due to Netscape version)
1) From the Menu of your browser… select “Tools”
2) Select “Cookie Manager”
3) Select “Unblock Cookies from this Site”
4) Try to Register again.
